The 2018 Wind Eye Innovation Enterprise (and the 2nd IC Unicorn) Selection Activity was officially unveiled on April 25, 2019. Under the guidance of China Semiconductor Industry Association and sponsored by Saidi Consulting Co., Ltd., the event was conducted by the core assembly. It lasted three months. A total of 15 IC unicorns were selected. Five of them will continue in 2018, and 10 will be newly selected unicorns.

What does it mean to win the title of "unicorn"?
