On Dec. 14th, 2009, the 8th award ceremony of Science& Technology Awards for Hangzhou Youth was held in the great hall of the people of ZhejiangProvince. Mr. Mr. Huang Zhijie, CTO of NationalChip）was awarded the Science& Technology Awards for Hangzhou Youth with other nine people.

Together with the common growth with NationalChip, Mr. Huang Zhijie was responsible for several important digital TV chipset development projects such as the arithmetic research, IC front-end design, application solution exploitation, customer technical support, market survey and etc., who accumulated a great deal of practical work and project management experience on different key aspects of DTV chipset design. The total sales of DTV chipsets of which Mr. Huang acted as the main project manager has exceeded 40 million pieces.

The Science& Technology Awards for Hangzhou Youth is set by Hangzhou government, and organized by Department of Organization of Hangzhou Municipal Committee, Bureau of Personnel and Science& Technology Committee of Hangzhou. 

This Awards is opened for all the young science and technology people of Hangzhou, which aims to create excellent young science and technology leaders of the new century, to commend those who have made great contribution to the economic instruction, society and technology development of Hangzhou and at the same time encourage them to be more enterprising and innovative to make new contribution to Hangzhou city.
