On 5th, January, 2007, the Incubator New Year symposia was held in Hangzhou east software park innovation building by the National IC design industrialization Hangzhou base.

NationalChip was awarded the diploma of graduating, among the two enterprises which first achieved the graduating qualification in the incubator base.
